Not much to tell!
I've wanted an embroidery machine for years, got the Rose Dec. 23rd, 1997 and
promptly fell in love! Whether with my DH or the machine I haven't figured out
yet - LOL
I got the Customizing software a few days later.... I couldn't see buying a
lot of cards when so many designs are available on-line ( I REALLY appreciate
the people who digitize and let the whole world use the files)....
But there were still things I wanted to do that just weren't "out there" so
finally got the Digitizing software in March...... then started the search for
graphics!
I've been sewing for years (we won't mention just exactly how many years, but
my oldest grandchild is going to be 11 in October.....) Sewing when you 'have
to' isn't nearly as much fun as sewing when you 'want to'....
I've made a lot of quilts, and have a whole pile of quilt tops that I need to
get quilted. I used to hand-quilt but arthritis makes it take forever so I
really like the machine quilting now... I just hate getting it ready to quilt!
Mostly now I just sew 'casual' stuff, and kids' clothes.... the grandkids are
still young enough to think that the things I make for them are great!
