Ms Liberty (inspired from an Elinor Peace Bailey Pattern) from Judy C.

The original idea for Ms Liberty is from an elinor peace bailey pattern called the Fairy Odd Mother. I thought she was just perfect for the Fourth of July. We grow such lovely flowers in Chicago!!!! And she does have sparkles on her face for the Celebration.
